The year 2007 will be the Year of the Boar. The Boar is the twelfth and last animal in the Chinese Zodiac. The Year of the Boar would be a year of goodwill to all and is one of plenty. An excellent climate for business, and industry in general will prevail. This is one year in which you could be happy without having or needing a lot of success of money to make it so.

This set of two stamps ("1st Local" and $2) featuring the gallant and honest animal will be released on 19 January 2007.

As this is the end of full zodiac cycle, a specially produced Collectors' Sheet featuring all the twelve sets of Zodiac stamps will be released.

A mini sheet consisting of 9 sets of the Zodiac Boar stamps will be available for sale. A pack of specially designed hongbaos (red packets) featuring the Zodiac Boar stamps will be given free with every purchase of the mini sheet.
