Overview
In celebration of the Singapore Land Authority’s (SLA) Silver Jubilee in 2026, this commemorative stamp set pays tribute to 25 years of optimising State properties for economic, social, and community good. As the nation’s custodian of State land and properties, SLA is guided by its vision of ‘Limited Land • Unlimited Space’—a creative paradox that reflects Singapore’s land constraints and SLA's commitment to maximising its potential. Through close collaboration with public agencies and industry players, SLA repurposes vacant State land and heritage properties to meet the evolving needs of the nation. This stamp series spotlights five notable and diverse asset types —Temasek Shophouse, KADA, Smith Street Chinatown, 1 Goodwood Hill, and Dempsey. From a 1928 shophouse turned social impact hub to colonial barracks reimagined as an internationally acclaimed lifestyle destination, each site embodies this spirit of renewal through a story of heritage, innovation, and community.
