National Monuments Series Stamps Win Special Award

The beautiful set of National Monuments Series stamps released in January this year, has won the coveted bronze medal under the "Special Printing" category at the 8th National Print Awards competition held in Australia recently.

The National Print Awards is an all-Australian competition organised by the Printing and Allied Trades Employers Federation of Australia. The competition, an annual event to promote skills and excellence in printing through awards given for outstanding printed materials, covers the full range of printing, from brochures, to cartons, to tins. Some 1,700 entries vied for the awards.

The National Monuments Series stamps were designed by Leo Teck Chong and printed by Leigh Mardon Pty Ltd. Collectors may want to make a special note in their collections that their National Monuments Series stamps are an award-winning set!
