The ASEAN Postal Administrations team is made up of the postal administrations from the 10 ASEAN countries – Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Each year, the representatives from every ASEAN Postal Administration meet to share their experiences and ideas to transform and integrate Posts in the ASEAN region. To further build and strengthen the excellent relationship, the ASEAN Postal Administrations together released this stamp issue – ASEAN Stamp 2019. Illustrated in this stamp issue are the costumes of the four different ethnic groups in Singapore – Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian.
