A set of three stamps based on the theme of "Sports for All" will be released on 25 August 1981. The stamps are in the values of 10¢, 75¢ and $1/-.

Each stamp features ten different sports which are represented by miniature figurines in silhouette.

The 10-cent stamp: Racquet games, sepak takraw (a traditional local game), keep-fit exercises, yoga, martial arts, wrestling, judo, golf, walking and jogging are featured.

The 75-cent stamp: Field events, skating, soccer, archery, fencing, boxing, cricket, weight-lifting, bowling and shooting are depicted.

The $1/- stamp: Diving, swimming, watersport, waterpolo, gymnastics, rugby, volleyball, softball, hockey and basketball are shown.

Three sets of bright vibrant colours are chosen to project an air of festivity which often prevails during the annual "Pesta Sukan" or "Festival of Sports" in Singapore.
