Singapore-China Joint Stamp Issue

This joint stamp issue celebrates the two island nations’ enduring friendship, shared maritime heritage and commitment to sustainability and conservation.

To commemorate this significant milestone, Singapore Post and RusMarka jointly release this joint stamp issue to enhance and strengthen both countries relationship. The theme for this joint stamp issue is "Modern Architecture". Featured in this joint stamp issue are the Gardens by the Bay from Singapore and the Zaryadye Park from Russia.

On 28 Aug 2009, the stamp issue - Bridges, featuring the Henderson Waves, Alexandra Arch and Cavenagh Bridge from Singapore; Bamban Bridge and Marcelo Fernan Bridge from the Philippines, was released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Philippines.

Singapore and Switzerland are worlds apart and this is reflected in their flora.
